Job Title: Worship and Communications Pastor

Location: Double Oak Community Church – Chelsea Campus

Role Overview: The Worship and Communications Pastor will be an integral member of the Leadership Team at Double Oak Community Church’s Chelsea Campus. This pastoral role involves serving the congregation and broader community, including hospital and family visits, and active community engagement. The individual will collaborate with staff and lay leaders to develop worship and communication plans that honor God and align with the church’s mission and the Elders’ guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a pastoral presence for members and friends, including hospital visits, family visits, and community involvement.
  • Work with employees and lay team members to create worship and communication strategies.
  • Ensure that worship and communication plans are in alignment with the church’s vision and the Elders’ direction.

Qualifications:

  • Strong pastoral care skills and community involvement.
  • Experience in developing worship and communication plans.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and align with church leadership.
