Candidates never pay a penny to DWC. You don’t pay a fee to send us your resume. We don’t bill you for anything — ever. And, if you truly have ministry experience, we will not forget you. If you don’t pair well with one of our churches, we keep you in mind in case another one of our churches would pair well with you. Our consultants have been where you are. Each of us has had to trust God when it came time to find the next place of ministry. You will never be an HR file. You will be a person to us; a fellow ministry person.

We will care for you just as we would want to be cared for during a vetting process.

And, you are never in competition. We present one candidate at a time to a church, and the church considers you on your own merits rather than making it a competition with 2-5 other candidates.
