The Opportunity
United Church is seeking a Children’s Pastor to lead United Kids, a ministry dedicated to connecting children to a relationship with Jesus. This role will create engaging weekly experiences that kids love and partner closely with parents to help build their children’s personal faith.
Key Responsibilities
The Children’s Pastor will oversee all aspects of the children’s ministry, ensuring each environment is safe, clean, and welcoming. They will recruit, train, and support volunteers who build meaningful relationships with children, reinforcing the faith families share at home and helping kids grow spiritually.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a strong personal faith in Christ, a passion for working with children, and experience leading a children’s ministry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with families and volunteers are essential.
