Worship Pastor – United Church – Apex, NC

The Opportunity
United Church is seeking a Worship Pastor to lead a vibrant worship ministry that speaks to the heart of the church. This role will partner with the Holy Spirit and use the gifts God has anointed to communicate His message through musical worship, creating an atmosphere where the congregation can encounter God.

Key Responsibilities
The Worship Pastor will plan and lead worship services, develop and equip the worship team, and collaborate with church leadership to ensure worship aligns with United Church’s mission and vision. This includes selecting biblically grounded music, leading rehearsals, and fostering a culture of spiritual authenticity and excellence.

Qualifications
Candidates should have a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ, a clear call to worship ministry, and experience leading worship in a multi-generational setting. Skills in vocal and instrumental leadership, team-building, and a heart for developing volunteers are essential.
