New Beginnings Church is seeking a Pastor of Leadership Development to identify, equip, and empower leaders within the church. This role is essential in developing a culture of leadership and discipleship that aligns with the church’s mission and vision. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mentoring, organizational leadership, and spiritual growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and train emerging leaders across all ministries.
- Develop and implement leadership training programs and resources.
- Mentor and support ministry leaders in their spiritual and personal growth.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure consistency and alignment with church values and goals.
- Oversee volunteer recruitment and leadership pipeline development.
- Facilitate leadership workshops, retreats, and ongoing development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to the church’s mission.
- Proven experience in leadership development, ministry leadership, or organizational training.
- Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and inspire others.
- Bachelor’s degree in ministry, leadership, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
