Financial Advisor – Northwest Bible Church (Hilliard, OH)

Northwest Bible Church is seeking a Financial Advisor—a strategic role that will strengthen the ministry by providing oversight and stewardship of the church’s finances. This position enables pastoral leadership to focus on teaching, vision, and community growth while ensuring the church operates with excellence and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

The Financial Advisor manages day-to-day financial operations such as accounts payable, receivables, and payroll; oversees budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting; maintains accurate financial records and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; partners with church leadership to provide financial insights that support ministry goals and vision; and develops efficient financial systems and policies that foster organizational health.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will bring a strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field; experience with nonprofit or church financial management is preferred. The role requires high integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail; proficiency in building systems, processes, and reports; excellent communication and collaboration skills; and a clear commitment to the mission and values of Northwest Bible Church.
